Form submissions are processed by Framer, the platform that hosts this website, and delivered to Fortivum by email. Framer may retain submission records as part of its form service in accordance with its own privacy policy. Please do not submit classified, controlled, confidential, or sensitive personal information through the website.

This website may use the hosting platform’s privacy-focused analytics to measure aggregate page visits. It does not set advertising cookies or build individual visitor profiles.
Retention and your choices
